One Theme a Month in 2012
I am extremely excited about 2012 and I have a host of New Year’s Resolutions this year. I also firmly believe this year to be the most important of record for UsingMiles.com. We have an insane number of opportunities this year, and I am so pleased with where we are.
I just posted a blog on FitAndThrifty about how I approach my New Year’s Resolutions. Starting this year, I have...

I Relaunched FitAndThrifty.com With My Friend,...
About a year and a half ago I decided to create a platform in order to share my random fitness and money-saving musings. At the time I was also planning on making some cash on the side by including affiliate links on the site. My goal was to provide people with tips and tricks on how to get healthy and fit on a budget. I named the Blog FitAndThrifty.com.
Blogging is fun. I enjoy it. But it...

My Moment of Fame: Top 5 Colorado Young...
My best friend, Chelsea Palmer, nominated me for the Top 25 Young Professionals in Colorado for 2011. I ended up getting voted as one of the top five professionals and somehow got a spot on the cover of the magazine. All remarkable, unexpected, and wonderful things. I am humbled by and grateful for this moment in my life.
That being said, now I need to live up to the assertions made in this...

Is Inner Peace Achievable?
I am having trouble achieving inner peace. Every week seems crazier than the last, even though I promise myself “next week will be better.” Don’t get me wrong: I am enjoying life and I am happy. In fact, I am lucky to have a full life with lots of people in it and I am extremely lucky to be getting a real shot at creating the company I founded years ago.
But I’m not peaceful. I am pretty...

The Clever Devver Dudes
David and Jill Cohen hosted a “End of Techstars” party at their beautiful Victorian home on Friday night to properly bid farewell to an amazing summer. It was definitely a bittersweet night because many of the Techstars are leaving to go back to their homes and families. We’ve got another Demo Day in San Francisco next month that some companies will be presenting at, but Friday...

Sadly, I missed the recording because I was at an investor meeting. Thanks to Andrew Hyde’s bad ass planning and filming, this was made in little over an hour and in one take!

Moving Mayhem....and Goodbye Turts
I have been horribly bad at keeping up with my personal blog, mostly due to the fact that I’ve been pretty good with the company blog and feverishly planning for Investor day—-which is just over a WEEK AWAY! I’ve had great intentions to post a bunch of different blogs, so I’m just going to play catch up. I moved. Again. One would think that moving gets easier with time but...
